Last Updated: January 2026

At Altaurux, your privacy and the security of your operational data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our workflow automation solutions, custom middleware, and web applications. By accessing or using Altaurux services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Client Information (Data Controller): When you create an Altaurux account to manage your field service automation, we collect personal and business data such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

1.2 Processed Automation Data (Data Processor): To provide our core services (e.g., syncing inventory, automating estimate follow-ups, or routing dispatch tickets), our middleware connects to your third-party software (like ServiceTitan or Jobber). In this capacity, we act as a Data Processor. We temporarily process the data flowing through these APIs (which may include your customers' names, addresses, and service details) strictly for the purpose of executing your requested automated workflows.

1.3 Usage & Telemetry Data: We collect data on how you interact with our web applications and automation dashboards, including error logs, processing volume, features used, and API call frequencies to ensure system stability during high-volume operations.

1.4 Device and Technical Information: Information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device details may be collected automatically for security and session management.

1.5 Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and ensure secure authentication.
